Payment Policy
After a confirmation of your reservation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment by the date specified on the email to secure the reservation. Until the payment is received the reservation and/or room will not be finally confirmed, just held. If payment is not received on the requested date the reservation and/or room will be made fully available to others.
For places that have a wait list, a 24hr courtesy hold will be offered. After that time, unless secured with a deposit the place may be offered to other people on the waiting list.
Full payment must be made by the date and in the method specified or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Event Cancellations
It is your responsibility to read and understand my cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their event, but unexpected things do happen. In the first instance please speak to me direct and we can discuss your situation.
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Kelly Herrick Art Ltd event including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Kelly Herrick Art Ltd event.
“We” refers to Kelly Herrick Art Ltd.
Guest Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip, Kelly Herrick Art Ltd does not offer refunds for any reason, I will do my utmost to ensure you are fully onboard with the event before you book. However, If the event is full and your place can be re-sold then I will refund you the monies once the new payment is received.
You accept that I would need your help trying to find someone to fill your place.
Or you can provide a person to fill your place and I will amend the reservation accordingly.
I do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
Kelly Herrick Art Ltd Event Cancellation Policy
While I have never cancelled an event to date, if I must cancel a booked event date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or event, or you may request a refund of your payment to me, constituting a full settlement.
Kelly Herrick Art Ltd is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled event, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
By booking, emailing, messaging or otherwise putting your request for an event place in writing to me you accept these terms & conditions.
These terms are written under UK law.
