When we make art we get to carve out valuable time for ourselves to take stock, re-centre and rest. It's permission to play and just be. With it we can express how we are feeling too and find our voice - so bloomin' useful in our lives.

How I know this works
I'm in the middle of perimenopause and let's just say it's a full-on experience. I have felt my anxiety shoot up, my weight pile on, my joints ache and my moods jump all over the place (and that's not even the half of it!)
On top of all that I'm grieving for my younger self, wondering what life has in store for me next and worrying about becoming invisible and irrelevant. Many women have told me they share the same experience.
As an artist, I've taught thousands of women to access their creativity, and they always find their magic at the same time they find their creative voice. Our midlife is a hugely creative time for us women and yet we overlook creativity as a valuable tool and that's just crackers!
My art practice is one of the only things that has helped keep me sane and find my purpose during perimenopause, so I know it works.
Making art is a soulful wellness practice for me and I'd love for you to embrace it too. So, I have blended science, art and nature to make these resources for you.
