It's OK if you feel stressed and anxious, I've got you.
We all want to feel calmer, safer and more present. I have a lovely way to help you feel like that, let me show you how...

Creativity eases your stress and anxiety, here's how.
You don't need to take my word for it, the scientists have spoken and they know their stuff. Making art is proven to help lower our blood pressure, reduce our heart rate and lower our cortisol levels (the hormone that can leave us feeling wired and anxious).
Emotionally our body reacts to these beneficial effects and we start to feel calmer, more present and more able to cope. I mean wow, right!? That's not all, it helps us connect to our emotions and communicate how we feel, it's bloomin' magical!
So start with me here today, take a breath and know that you will feel better. Take a peek at these lovely things I made for you...

How I know this works
I get anxious and stressed too, quite a lot, sometimes it can even affect how I function. I have lived with feelings of anxiety for a long time now, starting after my divorce in my 30's and carrying on with the stresses of raising a family, work, climate anxiety, menopause and everything else! Yes, I've felt so stressed I could cry, so overwhelmed I could stay in bed all day, so fearful and anxious I wake in the night heart pounding. So I know what it's like and I know what helps.
As an artist, I've taught over 11,000 people now and every time I teach, people are always happier and healthier when they've finished making. It's because art is all about the process of connecting to our creative souls and finding ourselves again. It gives us time to catch our breath, resettle our minds and calm it all down.
Making art is a soulful wellness practice for me and I'd love for you to embrace it too. So, I have blended science, art and nature to make these resources for you.
If you can trust yourself just a little and let your creativity flow with me, I know your life will be happier and calmer for it.
