"Menopause might feel chaotic, yet out of chaos comes our greatest creativity"

- Kelly Herrick

Isn't it about time you unleashed your creative self?

Has perimenopause or menopause left you feeling lost and confused as everything around you changes?

It's a common experience for us women after the age of 40. The ground feels shaky, and you're left wondering what your place is in this new phase of life. Starting to feel invisible is another tough pill to swallow, confidence takes a nosedive, and you begin questioning your role in life.

It's frustrating and demoralising, especially after the years of hard work you’ve been putting in…

And let's talk about the physical symptoms, they're crazy!

Hot flushes that leave us embarrassed and in a mess, mood swings that threaten our sanity, soupy brain fog that makes us feel stupid, aches & pains like we're 80, low sex drive, depression,  anxiety...the list is a long one.

Just coping is exhausting enough, but sorting through the endless treatments and remedies is a whole other headache.

It's no wonder you might be feeling overwhelmed and a little defeated.

"How do I ever get back to being me again?"

Us perimenopausal and menopausal women are often left thinking "what the heck happened to me?"  It's totally valid to feel grief for your past self and fear for what might come next.

You're in a melting pot, nothing is what you expect and most of your loved ones aren't experiencing this with you, so you worry that no-one gets you and you feel alone. Yes, transformation is powerful but it can be scary too. But don't worry, I've got you and we're in this together.

Join our in-person 7 week course, Rebloom School Live.

Tuesdays 6-8pm, Creative Connections Alfreton, Derbyshire. Starting on 1st April and running over 7 weeks.

Hi, I'm Kelly Herrick

I'm right there with you – a perimenopausal woman, artist, and author embarking on the adventure of a lifetime!

With two teenagers keeping me on my toes, I've journeyed from a bustling corporate career back to my first love: art. Teaching over 11,000 people along the way, my mission is clear – to inspire women to transform their menopause with creativity. Now I'm excited to be doing this in-person in my home county.

I see midlife women all around me wondering if this is really it, the job, the house, the responsibility...

And you know what? I believe there is more out there for us. I'm convinced that this is the most creative time of our lives, and that woman by woman we can change the world!

Don't just listen to me...

Here's what other people say and where I've been featured.

Nat Dawson

Kelly's artistry is her passion and she invests her heart and soul into everything she creates. Her innovative work integrating creativity with the menopause will be inspiring to anyone on that journey. Kelly is not only incredibly talented but also a genuinely wonderful human being.

Danielle Macleod

Kelly's continued search for knowledge, thoughtful leadership and an irresistible desire for mischief means I can think of no-one better to be out in the world demonstrating and teaching the art of creativity as a source of constant joy. If you want to learn to play again, you should start right here.

Joanna Goodwin

Force of Nature! I was inspired by Kelly immediately. The outcomes from the first introduction to now are a game changer for me. I am less fearful, even more inquisitive and am hugely thankful for the ongoing encouragement from Kelly.

FAQs

Woman to woman,

I want to thank you for taking the time to explore this course, and I hope you step into the power of your menopause with us. Perimenopause and menopause aren’t just a phase – they’re a gateway to a new chapter, an opportunity to rediscover and redefine ourselves in ways we never imagined.

I remember feeling lost and uncertain when the first symptoms of perimenopause began to creep in. It was as if my body and mind were embarking on a journey of their own, leaving me feeling like a stranger in my own skin. But instead of succumbing to fear or despair, I chose to lean into the uncertainty, to embrace the changes with an open heart and a curious mind.

And you know what? That decision changed everything. Through the power of creativity, mindset shifts, and a supportive community, I found my voice, my strength, and my purpose in a way I never thought possible. I learned to see menopause not as an ending, but as a beginning – a chance to rebloom, to flourish, and to thrive in my second act.

So if you're sitting there, feeling overwhelmed or unsure about your own menopause journey, I want you to know this: you are not alone, and you are capable of so much more than you realise. You have the power within you to embrace this chapter of your life with courage, grace, and resilience.

Rebloom School Live isn't just a course – it's a lifeline, a beacon of hope for women like us who are ready to reclaim their power and rewrite their story. It's a safe space where you can explore, create, and grow alongside a community of like-minded women who are cheering you on every step of the way. So why wait?
